- We keep a list of companies that are canceling on clients. (We won’t release this for ethical reasons, but thankfully it’s not too long.) We won’t work with any of these companies under any circumstances.
- Our crew is made of all professionals. We know that old-time saying: the show must go on!
- In case of an emergency (from a broken thumb the morning of a party to a child in the emergency room, it’s happened here), Kaleidoscope keeps extra entertainers around every state.
- In the case that we can’t send you the original face painter or balloon twister we have planned, we dispatch a new one. Odds are, you won’t even know we had an emergency–we try to keep it smooth running for you!
